The Primary Objective Of This Regulation Is To Reduce Emissions Of The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Covered By The Kyoto Protocol And Thus Protect The Environment And Reduce Global Warming.

All Consumers Of Containers Designed To Maintain Vehicle Air Conditioning Systems Will Be Required To Pay A £10.00 / €10.00 Consumer Recycling Deposit At The Time Of Retail Purchase And Return All Used Containers For Recycling And Refilling Where Purchased, With Proof Of Purchase, For A Full £10.00 / €10.00 Container Deposit Refund.
